  • Synthesized ten monthly user-friendly and accessible artefacts (insights reports) to inform ongoing departmental projects on the future of work.
    • Conducted thorough secondary research to identify data from key signals in HR innovation through system-level horizon scanning. 
    • Fostered in-depth exploration of the implications of the analyzed signals through collaborative facilitation of 10 monthly workshops (“scan club”)  with an average attendance of 20+ participants per session.
  • Partnered with Policy Horizons Canada to lead a series of impactful workshops to explore the implications of Remote Working, AI, and Extended Reality on the future of work and how they could impact ESDC.
    • Engaged 100+ ESDC staff to explore the future of work within the department.
    • Produced and led the design of a comprehensive report that distilled insights from the workshops (reaching 500+ stakeholders), guiding strategic planning across sectors.

  • Increased "Human-Centered Design" Clubhouse membership from 500 to 1,700+ by presenting research insights during engaging events on the two-way podcasting platform, fostering engagement, discussions, and knowledge sharing among participants.
    • Created a stronger foundation for well-informed design decisions by executing thorough secondary research on inclusive femtech and wearable tech from an intersectional lens. 
    • Enhanced report accuracy and refined insights by transcribing and analyzing expert interviews.
